Looking for a place to share your words, try something new, or simply listen? Poet Brews is a welcoming, no-pressure open mic for writers of all kinds, held every Tuesday evening at Flagstaff Brewing Company.

Whether you write poetry, fiction, nonfiction, comedy, or something that defies categories—we want to hear it. Read a piece you’ve polished for years, something brand new, or even a text you once sent your ex. Each reader gets up to 10 minutes to share their work.

This stage is open to ALL voices, from first-time readers to seasoned performers. If you’ve been thinking about getting up there, this is your sign—come try it out. We especially encourage new writers and readers to join us.

The lineup depends on who signs up, and the evening typically runs until around 9 PM, though it may go a bit longer or shorter depending on participation.

Important Notes:

Due to venue requirements, attendees must be 21+ or accompanied by a guardian.
The event is free—just show up, sign up, and share.
During the warmer months, Poet Brews often moves outdoors to the patio—perfect for summer evenings in Flagstaff.
