Carol Hogan’s leadership in the Arizona State Poetry Society (ASPS) has been pivotal to the organization’s growth and influence. Throughout her tenure on the Executive Board, Hogan served in multiple roles including Member at Large, Treasurer for three years, and Chair of both the Fall Conference and Fall Contests during various years (2008, 2013, 2014, 2015 for the conference; 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 for the contests). As the editor of Sandcutters,” ASPS’s quarterly journal, she has played a crucial role in curating and publishing high-quality poetry, ensuring that both emerging and established voices receive a platform to share their work.
